Dubai, United Arab Emirates – The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has entered into a strategic agreement with seven leading real estate developers in Dubai to grant them the authority to use DLD's registration systems for their real estate transactions. This partnership aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and investor protection in the local real estate market.
Participating developers
The agreement includes Emaar Properties, DAMAC, Binghatti Properties, Aldar Properties, Sobha Realty, Azizi Developments, and Danube. These developers will leverage DLD's advanced registration systems to provide high-quality services to their clients.
Enhanced market confidence and investor protection
